VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTAtsi) is currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Facility Planners in the following locations:

Fort Dix, New Jersey;

Moffett Field, California;

Fort McCoy, Wisconsin;

Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

In these newly created positions, you will provide on-site support for the analysis and management of Army Reserve installations and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the client informed of existing and future facility conditions and answering questions related to data model results, reviewing data and understanding their source, summarizing the data, and providing information briefs up to the General Officer level.

You will work directly with Army Reserve Master Planners, Force Structure Analysts, and Financial Planners, with the direct support of the VISTAtsi Headquarters in Herndon, Virginia.

Successful candidates will have an undergraduate degree and should have five or more years of training and/or consulting experience. Examples of relevant work experience/knowledge include: military master planning; real property and/or Public Works experience; finance; accounting; and/or construction.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills are required. Experience with both graphical and tabular data presentation is required. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills using spreadsheets, data bases and data-driven briefing slides is required. Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.

Previous experience with DoD facilities and real property management issues, installation support, and ability to present classroom instruction is a plus. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with one or more of the Army’s real property, facilities, or planning systems. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be able to be granted a SECRET level security clearance.

A four week training course is provided at our home office in Herndon, VA before reporting to the client site.
